No-Bake Orange Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients :

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
6 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
Orange Cream Cheese Layer:
16 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of powdered sugar
3/4 cup of concentrated orange juice
1 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of orange zest (optional)
2 teaspoons of gelatin powder
3 tablespoons of cold water
Classic Cheesecake Layer:
16 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of gelatin powder
3 tablespoons of cold water
Orange Jelly Top Layer:
1 package (3 ounce) orange gelatin dessert mix
1 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of cold water

Preparation of the crust:

Topping with orange jelly:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add cold water and pour over cheesecake layers. CHILL ’til you make it
