4-Ingredient Baked Corned Beef Sliders

These baked corned beef sliders are the definition of easy comfort food. With just four simple ingredients, you get warm, melty, savory sandwiches that are perfect for parties, quick dinners, or game-day snacks. Minimal effort, maximum flavor—what’s not to love?
Ingredients
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls (kept connected as one sheet)
12 oz sliced corned beef
6 slices Swiss cheese (cut in half to make 12 pieces)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Slice the Rolls
Without separating the individual buns, carefully slice the entire sheet in half horizontally. Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
- Add the Filling
Layer the sliced corned beef evenly over the bottom buns. Then place the Swiss cheese on top, making sure the surface is fully covered.
- Top It Off
Place the top half of the rolls back over the meat and cheese, lining everything up neatly.
- Butter the Tops
Using a brush or spoon, spread the melted butter evenly across the tops of the buns. This helps them turn golden and slightly crispy.
- Bake
Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.
- Finish and Serve
Remove the foil and bake for another 2–3 minutes to lightly toast the tops. Slice along the roll lines and serve warm.
Quick Tip
Want to level these up? Add a thin layer of mustard or a sprinkle of poppy seeds before baking for extra flavor.
