- Hearty Full English Breakfast Platter
Ingredients:
- 2 pork sausages
- 2 rashers of back bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, halved
- 1/2 cup baked beans
- 2 slices of black pudding
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 slices of bread (for toasting)
- Butter (for toast)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil or butter (for frying)

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place halved tomatoes on a tray, cut-side up, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 15–20 minutes.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat with a little oil or butter. Fry the sausages for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Add the bacon to the same pan and fry until crisp, about 5–6 minutes.
- In a separate pan, fry the mushrooms in a bit of butter or oil for about 5–6 minutes until golden and tender.
- Add black pudding slices to the pan with the sausages and bacon, frying for 2–3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Meanwhile, warm the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Crack the eggs into a lightly oiled pan and fry until the whites are set but yolks remain runny, about 2–3 minutes.
- Toast the bread and butter it while warm.
- Plate everything up: sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding, baked beans, mushrooms, tomato, and toast.
