Chicken Mango Avocado Salad


Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breasts
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 ripe mangoes, diced
2 ripe avocados, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season and grill chicken breasts until cooked.
Dice mangoes, avocados, red onion, and cilantro.
Mix together in a bowl.
Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper for dressing.
Slice chicken and add to bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or chill before serving.
