Ingredients:
For Chicken Marination:
- Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken, boneless: 200 grams
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Dry Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Flakes: 1 teaspoon
- Tandoori Masala (Optional): 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt: 1 cup
For Yogurt Sauce:
- Mayonnaise: 2-3 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh Coriander, chopped
Other Ingredients:
- Tortilla
- Red Cabbage
- Onion Slices
- Tomato, julienned
- Lettuce
- Butter (as required)
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped garlic.
- Add boneless chicken and cook until it changes color.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, tandoori masala (if using), and lemon juice. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with the marinated chicken. Allow it to marinate for some time.
- In a bowl, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing mayonnaise, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and fresh chopped coriander.
- Heat the tortilla and spread a layer of the yogurt sauce.
- Add marinated chicken, red cabbage, onion slices, julienned tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Roll the tortilla into a wrap.
- Optionally, brush the wrap with some butter and grill or toast it for a crispy texture.
