Chicken Wrap – Quick and Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

For Chicken Marination:

  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken, boneless: 200 grams
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Dry Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Flakes: 1 teaspoon
  • Tandoori Masala (Optional): 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt: 1 cup

For Yogurt Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise: 2-3 tablespoons
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh Coriander, chopped

Other Ingredients:

  • Tortilla
  • Red Cabbage
  • Onion Slices
  • Tomato, julienned
  • Lettuce
  • Butter (as required)

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped garlic.
  2. Add boneless chicken and cook until it changes color.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, tandoori masala (if using), and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with the marinated chicken. Allow it to marinate for some time.
  5. In a bowl, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing mayonnaise, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and fresh chopped coriander.
  6. Heat the tortilla and spread a layer of the yogurt sauce.
  7. Add marinated chicken, red cabbage, onion slices, julienned tomatoes, and lettuce.
  8. Roll the tortilla into a wrap.
  9. Optionally, brush the wrap with some butter and grill or toast it for a crispy texture.
  10. Serve your delicious and quick chicken wrap!
