INGREDIENTS
4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
fresh parsley to garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F.
Brush your pork chops with oil on both sides, then season one side with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine your parmesan cheeses with paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Lay your pork chop in the parmesan mixture and coat both sides.
Place your pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer so they are not touching. Cook for 9 to 10 minutes (internal temperature for pork chops should reach 145 degrees), flipping halfway through.
