Here’s a delightful avocado salad recipe that’s fresh, creamy, and full of vibrant flavors:

Avocado Salad with Cucumber and Tomato

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados, diced
1 English cucumber, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Boneless Chicken
2 boiled eggs.
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion ,chicken breast ,2 boiled Eggs

Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Gently toss to combine.

Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
