Description
Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, spicy appetizer made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish (8×8-inch) with non-stick spray or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top, if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- For a healthier version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing.
- You can prepare the dip in advance and refrigerate it until you’re ready to bake.
