Description

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

 
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish (8×8-inch) with non-stick spray or butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top, if using.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers
