Instructions

 
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugars.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle some additional crushed cereal on top for extra crunch.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
