Festive Candy Cane Fireball Gummies

Ring in the holiday spirit with these sweet-and-spicy gummies made with candy cane flavour and a cinnamon kick from Fireball. They’re perfect for parties or a fun treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice (or your preferred juice)
  • 1 cup of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky (for the boozy version)
  • 3 tablespoons unflavoured gelatin powder
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjustable by taste)
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (for the candy cane flavour)
  • Red food colouring (optional, for a festive red stripe)

Instructions

  1. Start by combining the juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Gently stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in the gelatin until it’s completely dissolved and smooth.
  3. Add the Fireball Whisky and peppermint extract, mixing well. If you’re using food colouring, add a few drops now and stir until evenly coloured.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into gummy moulds or a shallow dish lined with parchment.
  5. Chill the gummies in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm and set.
  6. Pop them out of the moulds (or cut into squares if you used a dish) and store them in an airtight container. Keep them chilled for best texture and flavour.

  • If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, simply replace the Fireball Whisky with an equivalent amount of juice or use a cinnamon-flavoured syrup.
  • For stronger candy cane flavour, you can slightly increase the peppermint extract—but go carefully, as it can overpower.
  • Make sure the gelatin is fully dissolved before pouring into moulds to avoid grainy texture.
