Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage breakfast, Italian, or your choice
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheese any type you like
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out crescent dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spoon a small amount of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll dough over filling to form mini crescents.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
