Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes Skillet

π Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3β4 medium potatoes (diced into small cubes)
- 4β5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh if available)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Optional: chopped parsley (for garnish)
π©βπ³ Instructions:
1. Cook the Potatoes
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
- Cook for about 10β15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
- Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak
- In the same skillet, increase heat to medium-high.
- Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Sear for 2β4 minutes until browned (donβt overcrowd the pan).
3. Make Garlic Butter
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Stir until butter melts and garlic becomes fragrant (about 1 minute).
4. Combine Everything
- Return potatoes to the skillet.
- Toss everything together so itβs coated in garlic butter.
- Cook for another 2β3 minutes to blend flavors.
5. Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot straight from the skillet.

- Use small potato cubes so they cook faster.
- Let the steak rest briefly before serving for juicier bites.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.
