  • 3–4 medium potatoes (diced into small cubes)
  • 4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh if available)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Optional: chopped parsley (for garnish)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions:

1. Cook the Potatoes

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
  • Cook for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
  • Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside.

2. Sear the Steak

  • In the same skillet, increase heat to medium-high.
  • Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  • Sear for 2–4 minutes until browned (don’t overcrowd the pan).

3. Make Garlic Butter

  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  • Stir until butter melts and garlic becomes fragrant (about 1 minute).

4. Combine Everything

  • Return potatoes to the skillet.
  • Toss everything together so it’s coated in garlic butter.
  • Cook for another 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.

5. Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve hot straight from the skillet.

🍽️ Tips:

  • Use small potato cubes so they cook faster.
  • Let the steak rest briefly before serving for juicier bites.
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.
